So you are skinny and of course you are not satisfied with your body shape
I know how that feels because i used to be like you exactly few years ago.
The reason you might not be growing as you wish is that you might be aware of how muscles really grow.
After understanding how your body works and what mechanism it uses to build muscle it will be much easier for you to utilize these mechanisms grow.
How do muscles grow
When you lift a weight that your muscles can't carry the fibers ,which form your muscles, become torn.
Of course not all of them are torn but some of them are damaged as a result.
Because your body is intelligent enough it tries to adapt itself to prevent this from happening once again.
Your body restores the torn fibers but with bigger size so that they can stand that heavy weight you tried to lift last time.
When your muscles fully recover they will become bigger and stronger and will be able to carry that weight without being torn. This means that lifting that same weight will not result in letting your muscle grow again!!
So how can you get bigger?
To utilize this information you must
1) Lift heavy weights else your muscles will never grow
2) Take at least four days off in order to allow your muscle fibers to be restored
3) Whenever you get used to a certain weight start carrying a heavier one
